Quality Control

  • Product images were shooting from actual products by our company.
  • All the products were checked with good conditions before send to our customers.
  • color, dimension, material, size and design of actual products will not 100% same with the image due to reflect of photo shooting.

Booking Policy

  • System Bank in function will help customers to book item for 2 days only. System will automatically cancel the booking after 2 days. IF the customers who always cancel booking, administrator can black listed the membership.

Customer and Shipping Information

  • Names, addresses, contact numbers, delivery date and time must be accurate to avoid any delay in delivery. We do not hold any responsibilities over inaccuracies in the orders received.

Risk of Item Loss Damage

  • If the goods received had any problem, please contact us within 3 days from the date of parcel received. We will not take any responsibilities after the said period.

Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: Town (1 -2 days), Others (2 - 3 days)
  • East Malaysia: Town (2 -3 days), Others (3 - 5 days)
  • If goods do not receive within 7 days please contact us at +6017-8855351 or +603-33597792 and we will follow up.

Return and Exchange Policy

- We Not Accept:

  • Unacceptable reason return of goods.
  • Intention or unintentionally damage goods after received.
  • Color or Design exchange because not 100% same to the photo.
  • Returning of goods due to delivery time delayed.
  • Cancel order or Cash Refund.

- We Accept:

  • Manufacturer product damage exchange.
  • Non-damage product exchange must be done within 3 days notice after the goods received and processing fee charged RM3 per pcs.
